PROCTORVILLE — Sternley George Hall, 79, of Proctorville, died Saturday, May 8, 2010, at Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, W.Va. Funeral will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Hall Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral hone.
