FLATWOODS, Ky. — Jack Thomas Conley, 72, of Flatwoods, died Saturday, May 15, 2010 at Our Lady Of Bellefonte Hospital. He was the husband of Lisa Conley, who survives. Funeral will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Carman Funeral Home in Flatwoods. Burial will follow in Bellefonte Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
