The big cats are coming.

Ohio University Bobcats’ head football coach Frank Solich and men’s basketball coach Dustin Ford are coming to Ironton Tuesday to talk about the progress of their programs.

Solich and Ford will be part of the Bobcat Caravan that will visit End Zone Pizza between 12:30 and 2 p.m. Tuesday.

The Bobcats football team won the Mid-American Conference East Division championship and played in the Little Ceasar’s Pizza Bowl against Marshall.

Ohio’s schedule this season includes trips to Marshall and Ohio State.

Ford guided Ohio to a stunning MAC Tournament championship this past season and then the Bobcats pulled off the biggest shocker of the NCAA Tournament with a 14-point rout of third-seeded Georgetown.
