DEBARY, Fla. — John Y. Skeens, 70, of Debary, formerly of Ironton, Ohio, died Wednesday, May 19, 2010, at his residence. Graveside service will be 1 p.m. Monday at Buchanan Cemetery with the Rev. Kenneth Vaughn officiating. There will be no visitation. Arrangements are under the direction of Miller Funeral Home.
