FLATWOODS, Ky. — Carl Raymond Waddell Jr., 60, of Flatwoods, died Friday, May 21, 2010, at King’s Daughters Medical Center. He was the husband of Lee Keyser Waddell, who survives. Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Carman Funeral Home, Flatwoods. Burial will be in Palmer Cemetery. Visitation is from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday.
