Clear Fork belts Pirates in D-III title game, 14-3

COLUMBUS — The Bellville Clear Fork Colts used a 7-run sixth inning to mercy rule the Wheelersburg Pirates 14-3 in the Div. III high school baseball championship game Sunday.
Clear Fork led 4-3 after three innings, but then erupt for three runs in the fifth and put the game away with the seven-run sixth.
Clear Fork finishes 32-2. The Pirates end the year 31-2.
