PROCTORVILLE — Kelly Dawn Mannon, 43, of Proctorville, died Friday, June 4, 2010, at the Hospice House of Huntington. She was the wife of Alan S. Mannon, who survives. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Hall Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Black officiating. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Visitation is 6-8 p.m. today.
