Subject in vehicle — 1200 block South 10th Street Tuesday, person reportedly rifling through cars, fled when spotted.

Theft — Delaware Street Tuesday, weed eater taken.

Complaint — 1400 block South 10th Street Tuesday, vehicle damaged by neighborhood child, parents notified.

Vandalism — 2200 block South 10th Street Wednesday, residence damaged, resident menaced.

Theft— 700 block South 10th Street Wednesday, food stamp card, cash taken.

Dog complaint — 600 block Adams Street Wednesday, man reportedly chased by dog, dog warden notified.

Complaint — 800 block South 10th Street Wednesday, kids reportedly walking in recently poured concrete, one child climbed fence with high voltage sign, kids located and parents notified.

Theft — 1200 block North Third Street Wednesday, lawn mower taken.
