DECATUR TOWNSHIP — A motorcycle crash on State Route 93 Saturday morning sent a Vinton County man to the hospital.
Ohio State Highway Patrol Dispatcher Drew Fry said the accident occurred at 11:14 a.m.
“He was going too fast in a curve, went off the right side of the road, struck a rock, satellite dish and utility pole and came to rest in a garden,” Fry said.
The motorcycle operator’s name was not available as of press time. Fry said the man was taken to Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, W.Va. His injuries did not appear to be life threatening, Fry said.
The accident remains under investigation.
