HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — West Virginia natives Randy Moss and O.J. Mayo have hooked up to hand out donated items to families in need in Huntington.
Moss and Mayo helped distribute food and personal care items Tuesday to 800 families at the A.D. Lewis Community Center.
They’re scheduled to come to Charleston on Wednesday to deliver more items at the Union Mission Ministries.
Mayo donated hundreds of turkeys and hams last Thanksgiving to the Lewis Community Center, where the Memphis Grizzlies’ guard honed his athletic skills as a youngster.
Moss is a New England Patriots’ wide receiver who makes regular charity stops in the Charleston area, near his hometown of Rand.
