Theft — Township Road 1267, Proctorville Saturday, man reports garage door open, latch pried off, items taken and dog chained outside stolen.

Petty Theft — Township Road 1077, Chesapeake Saturday, homeowner reports tool box taken from car.

Domestic – County Road 1, South Point Saturday, woman reports that husband allegedly pulled her hair and punched her in face after argument about a relative. Gary Johnson of South Point, charged with domestic violence, arrested and taken to jail.

Criminal Trespassing — Kroger, Proctorville Saturday, man reportedly intoxicated at grocery store, having trouble walking and speaking, refused to leave store and tested .184 for blood alcohol. Jason Myers, 29, of Oak Hill, arrested for criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct, arrested and taken to jail.

Theft — Township Road 1413, Chesapeake Saturday, woman reports two rings valued at $1,400 stolen, suspect named.

Domestic Violence — County Road 105, Kitts Hill Sunday, man alleges wife threatened him and threw phone at him. Johannah Carter, 60, of County Road 105, Kitts Hill, arrested and taken to jail.

Theft — Telegraph Trail, Washington Township Sunday, man reports $500 worth of tools taken from trailer.

Criminal Damaging — Walmart, South Point Sunday, man reports his car was damaged at store parking lot, video reviewed, shows no one near car and damage apparently happened elsewhere.

Theft — Township Road 1088, Proctorville Sunday, woman reports computer taken after party.

Accident — Speedway at Park Avenue Sunday, car hit at parking lot, reported.

Dog Call — 2500 block of 12th Street Sunday, dog tangled in chain, owner in route.

Suspicious Persons — 1200 block of McGovney Avenue Sunday, two men and two women walking in alley, allegedly looking into houses, negative contact.

Vandalism — 700 Chestnut Street Sunday, car keyed and solar lights taken.

Vandalism — 1400 block of South First Street Sunday, bedroom window broken, landlord contacted.

Complaint — City Mission Sunday, furniture in middle of road, pastor contacted.
