WTCR, Raceland High to host ‘Flood of Good Will’ concert

RACELAND, Ky. — River Cities Harvest and WTCR will host the “Flood of Good Will Concert” at Raceland High School’s state-of-the-art John P. Stephens Cultural Arts Center Saturday.

This event will be from 5 to 10 p.m. during the Annual Race Days celebration and will feature some of the area’s finest musical talent.

Those scheduled to perform are: ETA, Ritchie Collins, The Lawrence County Pickers, Tom Stephens and Blues Deluxe, Bridget Reynolds and Bronson Bush.

All artists will be donating their services to raise flood relief supplies for those affected by the latest round of flooding in Carter County and surrounding areas.

Admission is free with a canned food or cash donation at the door.

All flood relief donations will be distributed by Carter County CAReS, a non-profit agency that identifies, coordinates and provides resources for individuals and families in emergency and crisis situations.
