Randolph L. Morris, Sr., 55, of Ironton, passed away Monday, August 16, 2010. He was born March 29, 1955 in Ironton,the son of the late Rosie L. Morris. He was a faithful member of the New Jerusalem Christian Center in Ironton and a graduate of Ironton High School. In addition to his mother, he is preceded in death by one brother, Terry Morris.
Randolph is survived by two daughters, Keeva Moboti of Columbus and Yahnda Morris of Dayton; one son, Randolph L. Morris, Jr. of Ironton; seven grandchildren, Isaiah Nelson and Regina Morris, both of Ironton, Aimee Moboti and Malachi Moboti, both of Charlotte, N.C., Rusean Byrd and Jayden Mitchell, both of Dayton and Jacqualine Burton of Dallas, Texas; four brothers, Emmitt (Brenda) Morris of Washington, D.C., Kelvin (Tuluah) Morris of Ironton, Robert Morris of Lexington, Ky. and Jimmy (Barbara) Morris of Ironton; three sisters, Anna Daniels of Cleveland, Christine Edwards of South Point and Lottie Morris of Ironton; and two best friends, Phillip Carter and Ruby Langston, both of Ironton.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday at the Tracy Brammer Funeral Home with Bishop Kenneth Lisath officiating. A visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. prior to the service. Online condolences may be sent by visiting www.tracybrammerfh.com
