Russell Adkins, 30, of 826 South Tenth St., Ironton, domestic violence Saturday, by the Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office.

Timothy Thompson, 114 Private Drive 909, Ironton, endangering children and driving under the influence Saturday by the Coal Grove Police Department.

Jeffrey Lewis, 40, of 515 South Ninth Street, Ironton, felonious assault Saturday by the Ironton Police Department.

Brandon Ainsworth, 18, of 3997 State Rt. 243 Ironton, disorderly conduct and underage consumption of alcohol Sunday by the Ironton Police Department.

Shana Pinkerman, 26, of 163 Township Rd. 615 South Point, commitment Monday by the Lawrence County Common Pleas Court.

Matthew A. Gutzmer, 31, of 77 Township Road 1031 South Point, domestic violence and menacing Sunday by the Lawrence County Municipal Court.

Brian Mcclellan, 33, of 15808 State Rt. 7, Crown City, warrants for arrests Monday by the Lawrence County Municipal Court.

Shawn D. White, 28, of 262 Nova Street, Huntington, W.Va., warrants for arrest Monday by the Ironton Municipal Court.

Michael S. Craft, 30, of 217 Solida Rd., South Point, domestic violence and warrants for arrest Sunday by the South Point Mayor’s Court.

Sheriff’s reports

Domestic violence, endangering children — 300 block of Township Road 250, South Point, man fighting with father. Ronald Hatfield Jr, 10859 County Road 1, Chesapeake, arrested and taken to jail.

Theft — 700 block of County Road, Pedro, Sunday, rototiller taken from barn.

Burglary — 3700 block of County Road 36, Chesapeake reported Saturday, guns missing from residence, no suspects at this time.

Vandalism — 300 block of County Road 406, South Point, reported Saturday., grill turned over outside restaurant. Suspects named.

Assault — 2000 block of Township Road 218 Ironton, Sunday, juvenile boy shoved two others down. Boy’s family claims other boys were throwing dirty clods at him. Suspect named.

Burglary — 1000 County Road 1 South Point, Aug. 29, XBox, Wii controllers and games taken from residence. No suspects.

Theft — Township Road 1402 South Point, reported Sunday, tackle boxes taken and sold, then returned to owner. David Shane Whitley, 46 Township Rd. 1402 South Point, cited for theft.

Disorderly conduct — 1000 block of County Road 8, Kitts Hill, Sunday, teenage girl attempted to cut herself with fork, transported to group home and charged with disorderly conduct.

IPD

Vandalism — 2400 block of South Ninth Street Saturday – car egged.

Assault — no location given Sunday, caller says son was assaulted at school, wants to file report.

Four wheelers — McGovney Street between Sixth and Seventh – four wheelers on street Saturday. Negative contact, will keep watch.

Trouble — 1500 block of South Second Saturday- several youth arguing. Subjects left prior to arrival.

Gunshots — 2700 Block of South Eighth Saturday, officer spoke with caller and others, may have been fireworks.

Trouble — Family Dollar Saturday- juvenile in store hiding from other youth who threatened him.

Domestic — request officers at 800 block of South Tenth Street Saturday.

Trouble — Center Street Landing Saturday, teenagers blocking traffic, breaking beer bottles, subjects moved on from area.

Reckless driving — area of Pick ‘n’ Save Saturday, truck almost hit another car in parking lot, negative contact.

Domestic violence — 500 block of South Ninth Street Saturday, man allegedly dragging woman back into house after assaulting her. Female taken to shelter.

Trouble — Eighth and Neal Saturday- kids snuck up and scared blind man, man wants it on the record that he carries pepper spray and will use it the next time it happens. Requested officers to patrol the area and speak to them if located.

Vandalism — Fourth and Fifth and Maple Saturday- youth have been bothering garbage cans and throwing trash in people’s yards request officers patrol.

Noise — 2600 block of South Seventh STreet Saturday- loud party and four wheelers in the street. Party shut down and four wheelers parked.

Noise — 300 block of Monroe Sunday, group of teenagers outside disturbing the peace. Negative contact.

Breaking and Entering – Eighth and Washington Sunday – man trying to get into car. Summons issued – open container.

Drunk driver — Area of Shenanigan’s Sunday, car leaving bear headed toward Coal Grove. Sunday Gave info to CGPD and OSP, working checkpoint.

Assault — Center Street Landing Sunday, man hit woman in the face. Bystanders say victim left prior to arrival. Unable to locate victim.

Trouble — Eighth and Park, Sunday fight.

Domestic — 2200 block of South Sixth Street, EMS request assistance with domestic.

Vandalism — 2400 block of South Ninth Street Sunday – caller said someone messed with his truck.

Stolen vehicle — Fourth and Railroad Sunday, car has been taken sometime since tuesday.

Vandalism — 1700 block of South Third Street Sunday, youth playing ball dented car. Caller did not want report filed, just logged.

Trouble — 300 block of Kemp Avenue Sunday woman and man fighting, woman made threats and refused to leave. Subject decided to leave for night to avoid trouble.
