HUNTINGTON, W.Va. – James Tolbert, 43, of Huntington, died Tuesday, Aug. 31, 2010, at Hospice House of Huntington. He was the husband of Lisa Tolbert, who survives. Arrangements are pending at Hall Funeral Home.
