— Tammy K. Monnier, 42, of 150 Township Road 111, Coal Grove, warrants for arrest Thursday by the Ironton Municipal Court.

— Alfred Moore, 33, of 110 McCoy Drive, Raceland, Ky., commitment Thursday by the Ironton Municipal Court.

— James W. Fleming, 40, of 108 North Street, Ironton, aggravated trafficking, transporting, distribution, schedule 1 or 2, Thursday by the Ironton Municipal Court.

— Jeffrey R. Smith, Jr., 27, of 2209 S. Sixth Street, Ironton, commitment Thursday by the Ironton Municipal Court.

Sheriff’s reports

Burglary — 1300 block of County Road 1, Chesapeake, Thursday, woman reported that her house was ransacked and items were missing.

Counterfeit money — 200 block of County Road 120 S., South Point, store employee states she received a $20 counterfeit bill from a customer. Customer says she got it from bank.

Theft — Township Road 1025, South Point, reported Thursday, woman reports that her car was stolen from her son’s residence.

Petty theft — 8300 block of County Road 107, Proctorville, reported Aug. 13, copper wire, air conditioner, extension cords and breaker box missing from house.

Domestic Violence — Township Road 1410, South Point, Aug 28, husband and wife got into argument. Man put his hands around her neck and shoved her off porch. Suspect named.

Burglary — 2200 Block of County Road 411, Proctorville, house broken into, jewelry, money taken.

Theft — without consent – 2600 block of County Road 15, South Point, Wednesday, car broken into, medication, purse, cell phone stolen.

Ironton police

Traffic — 600 block of Neal, suspicious vehicle reported by neighbors. Cited for possession of marijuana.

Trouble — 300 block of Heplar St. Wednesday – man’s neighbor said son stole jewelry and he is holding him until police get there.

Prowlers — 2600 block of S. Ninth St. Wednesday, neighbors say it sounds like someone is trying to break into a house, negative contact and house seems to be secure.

Suspicious activity — Bessmer St. Wednesday, looks like someone may have broken into a house. Elderly woman found sitting in house with the lights on reading the newspaper.

Vandalism — 600 block of Quincy, Wednesday, someone pushed over pillars and damaged them, negative contact, repaired it.

Theft — 2600 Block of S. Sixth Street Wednesday, car broken into, iPod, high tops and other items stolen.

Altercation — 400 Block of Walnut Wednesday, request officers because of altercation, female subject left, male went inside for night, both subjects advised.

Dog complaint — 2400 block of S. Sixth Street Wednesday – neighbor’s dog barking, won’t be quiet. Subject advised.

Trouble — 1500 block of S. Fourth Street, group home resident attempted to hit someone. Subject advised and went to his room.

Check residence — 2500 S. Fourth St., Wednesday , house should be vacant but lights are on. All secure.

Trouble — Wyanoke Street Wednesday, people yelling in alley, people looking for dog.

Drug activity — 2400 block of S. 10th St., Wednesday, vehicle allegedly had drugs in it. Negative contact.

— Brandon D. Ainsworth, 3910 County Road 55, South Point, under age consumption/disorderly conduct.
