SCOTTOWN — James Hagley, 84, of Scottown, died Sunday, Sept. 5, 2010, at Holzer Medical Center in Gallipolis. Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Hall Funeral Home with Pastor D.L. Webb officiating. Burial will be in Rome Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. VFW Post 6878 will conduct military graveside rites.
