ASHLAND, Ky. — Charles Lucien Waddle, 76, of Ashland, died Friday, Sept. 10, 2010, at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland. He was the husband of Nola Waddle, who survives. Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Carman Funeral Home in Flatwoods. Burial will be in Bellefonte Memorial Gardens. Visitation is 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday.
