Flotella Spears Justice, 93, of Ironton, died Monday, Sept. 13, 2010, at a local health care center. The Magoffin County, Ky., native was born Jan. 13, 1917, the daughter of the late Clarence C. and Mittie Blanton Crace. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Frank Justice.
Mrs. Justice was a former employee for Lawrence County General Hospital for 10 years and a member of the Church of Christ in Ironton.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by two daughters, Nina Ward and Linda Malone; two brothers, John Crace and Burl Crace; and two sisters, Coetta Thomas and Sue Siders.
She is survived by son and daughter-in-law, Ray Tackett and Kay of Springfield; son and daughter-in-law, Charles Spears and Sue of Kitts Hill; son, John Spears of Kitts Hill; son and daughter-in-law, Marvin Spears and Gloria of Ironton; daughter and son-in-law, Barbara Bamer Gore and Oscar of Ironton; three sisters, Mary Ruth McNeil, Gloria Jenkins and Louise Dale; a brother, Norman G. Crace; 26 grandchildren; 44 great grandchildren; and 19 great great grandchildren.
