Disorderly conduct – Brown Street, Chesapeake, Friday, homeowner reports woman at house is unwanted. Mary Ann Abels, 53, 960 Brown St., Chesapeake, arrested for disorderly conduct and taken to jail.

Possession of drugs — County Road 1, South Point Sunday, traffic stop results in finding of marijuana. Marquette D. Eanes, 38, 113 Edgar St., St. Albans, W.Va., arrested for possession of drugs and obstruction of official business.

Drug paraphernalia — State Route 243, Chesapeake Oct. 6, Collins Career Center official reports that teacher alleges student has drugs. Search revealed pipe used for marijuana. Christopher N. Kipp, 18, 67 Township Road 1123, Proctorville, cited to court.

Assault — Township Road 221, Proctorville, Monday, man reports another man came to his house requesting money that was owed. Second man allegedly pushed and assaulted homeowner. Woman also comes to home and causes trouble. Mark A. Lego, 38, 6807 County Road 67, Proctorville, charged with assault. Rachel A. Adkins, 37, 2727 County Road 12, Proctorville, arrested for criminal damaging and trespassing.

Theft — Walmart, South Point Monday, customer allegedly left store without paying for $1,477 in games and two shirts. Brandon K. Staton, 25, 69 Wood Ave., Jackson, arrested for theft and taken to jail.

Burglary — County Road 1, South Point Friday, homeowner alleges former boyfriend knocked in door, screamed at her and threw her down. Joshua Schwab, 25, 120 Freeman Court, South Point, arrested for burglary and criminal damaging and taken to jail.

Assault — Township Road 148, Chesapeake Sunday, woman alleges another woman threw punches at her and hit her. Frances Owen, 31, 76 Private Drive 129, Chesapeake, arrested for assault and taken to jail.

Domestic violence — Thomas Street, Proctorville, Sunday, woman alleges husband slapped her. Man alleges wife slapped him. Jeffrey Jarrell, 36, and Cheryl Jarrell, 26, both of 106 Thomas St., Proctorville, arrested for domestic violence.

Domestic violence — Township Road 1186, South Point, Sunday, woman alleges man comes to visit his child and then shoves her. Andre L. Canada, 22, 1653 Doulton Ave., Huntington, W.Va., charged with domestic violence and possession of drugs and taken to jail.
