PROCTORVILLE — Reba Dillon Burcham, 81, of Proctorville, died Thursday, Nov. 11, 2010. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Hall Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert C. Dillon, Pastor Mike Smith and Pastor Jeff Black. Burial will be Highland Memorial Gardens in South Point. Visitation is 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
