FLATWOODS, Ky. — Walter “Joe” Vest, 83, of Flatwoods, died Monday, Nov. 15, 2010, at King’s Daughters Medical Center. Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church, Russell, Ky. Burial will be in Bellefonte Memorial Gardens. Visitation is 6-9 p.m. Wednesday at the church. Carman Funeral Home, Flatwoods, is in charge of arrangements.
