Donald E. Horner, 64, of Ironton, died Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2010, at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital in Russell, Ky. The South Webster native was born Jan. 14, 1946, the son of the late Edwin H. Horner and Jessie Mae Sparks Horner Nickell.

Mr. Horner attended South Webster Schools and was employed doing janitorial work for 15 years. He was of the Protestant faith.

He is survived by two sisters and a brother-in-law, Lorraine and Clarence Blanton of Oak Hill and Loretta Sanders of Ironton.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Phillips Funeral Home with Dan Schomburg officiating. Burial will follow in Jackson Furnace Cemetery.
