PROCTORVILLE — Earsley Mitchell, 88, of Proctorville, died Saturday, Dec. 18, 2010, at Hospice House of Huntington, Huntington, W.Va. He is survived by his wife, Naomi Mitchell. Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, is in charge of arrangements, which are incomplete.
