After a slow start, the St. Joseph Female Flyers rolled past Harvest Christian 60-25 Monday.

Sarah Goebel scored all six of her points in the first quarter as the Female Flyers rallied from a 6-2 deficit to go up 14-10.

The lead grew to 35-17 at the half.

“It took us a while to see how they were going to play and then we adjusted to it,” said St. Joseph coach Nick Miller.

St. Joseph led 42-23 after three quarters before putting the game away for good in the fourth quarter.

Katie Hacker scored 19 points and Molly Miller had 15 to pace the Female Flyers.

“Katie Hacker had a nice game. She scored well and Molly did, too, but all the girls played well,” said coach Miller.

The Female Flyers play at Sciotoville East Wednesday, Dec. 29.
