Man gets three and a half years for CCS violation
A Proctorville man was sentenced Wednesday to more than three years in prison for failing to report for his community-controlled sanctions.

He had not reported to adult probation since March.
Judge D. Scott Bowling sentenced Zundel to three and a half years in prison, which is the remaining balance of the sentence that had been reserved for him when he was placed on community-controlled sanctions.
