GREGORYVILLE, Ky. — Phillip Douglas Stephens, 55, of Gregoryville, Ky., died Friday, Dec. 24, 2010 in Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Ky.
He is survived by his wife, Jeannie Dickison Stephens.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Freedom Baptist Church in Grayson with Lewis Davis, Gary Sparks and Lyle McMicken officiating.
Burial will follow in the Littleton Cemetery at Gregoryville. Friends may call from 6-9 p.m. tonight, and after 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Freedom Baptist Church.
Pallbearers will be members of the Sixth Kentucky Volunteer Infantry. Arrangements are by Sparks Funeral Home.
