Domestic violence — Township Road 1280, Proctorville, Jan. 14, woman alleged husband threatened to stab her. William D. Howard, 27, 256 Township Road 1280, Apt. 3 B, Proctorville, arrested for domestic violence and taken to jail.

Disorderly conduct — Wendy’s Ironton, Jan. 14, two men allegedly fighting over house utility bills.

Aggravated burglary and falsification — County Road 450, South Point, Jan. 15, man and woman allegedly report robbery by three men with handguns saying $90 was taken. Deputy states investigation shows event did not happened. Jessica A. Smith, 36, of 48 A County Road 450, South Point, and Ricky D. Boyd, 43, 48 A. County Road 450, South Point, arrested for falsification and taken to jail.

Domestic violence — Township Road 612, Ironton, Jan. 15, woman allegedly started argument with boyfriend, grabs and rips his shirt. Shannon M. Hall, 36, of 134 Township Road 612, Ironton, arrested for domestic violence and taken to jail.

Petty theft — Walmart, South Point, Jan. 14; sister and juvenile brother allegedly leave store with baby clothes without paying; Alyssa D. Smith, 23, of 2369 Spring Valley Drive East, Huntington, W.Va., cited for petty theft.

Petty theft — Township Road 1402, South Point, Jan. 16; man allegedly stole weed eater and lawn mower and pawned items. David S. Whitley, 32, of 46 Township Road 1402, South Point, arrested for petty theft and taken to jail.

Endangering children — Township Road 1467, South Point, parents allegedly living with children in house with trash, dog feces and toilet overflowing. Paul D. Bridges, 26, 151 Township Road 1467, South Point, and Melissa D. Bridges, 25, 151, Township Road 1467, South Point, arrested for endangering children and taken to jail.

Domestic violence — County Road 1, South Point, Jan. 14, woman alleges husband yelled at her, pushed her on bed. Brian L. Soper, 33, 1173 County Road 1, South Point, arrested for domestic violence and taken to jail.
