Gool-Meenach

Stephanie Rae Gool and Mark Ryan Meenach were united in marriage on June 12, 2010, at Summit Church of the Nazarene in Ashland, Ky. The bride is the daughter of Brian and Linda Gool of Ashland and the groom is the son of Mark and Paulette Meenach of Catlettsburg.

The ceremony was officiated by the bride’s uncle, The Rev. Keith Hill and organist Carolyn Webb provided the music. Solos were provided by Amanda Hill, cousin of the bride, Kelcie Meenach, cousin of the groom and Caleb Meenach, brother of the groom.

Maid of honor and twin sister of the bride was Rachel Gool. Bridesmaids were Laura Mayo, Kelsey Hill and Ashley Clevenger. Junior bridesmaid was Chloe Hart.

Flower girl was Abby Huddle.

Best man and brother of the groom was Caleb Meenach. Groomsmen were Creth Boyd, John Kazee and Patrick St. Louis. Junior groomsman was Turner King.

Ring bearer was Sawyer Strosnider.

Ushers were Cody Gool, cousin of the bride; Brock King, cousin of the groom; and Tyler Wells.

Guestbook attendants were Kaci Boyd and Laci Hart, cousins of the groom.

The wedding coordinators were Pat Nolte and Angie Thompson, family of the bride. Photos were taken by Teresa McKenzie.

A reception followed the ceremony at the Ashland Plaza Hotel.

The bride is a 2005 graduate of Boyd County High School and a 2009 graduate of Morehead State University. She is teaching kindergarten at Owingsville Elementary in Bath County.

The groom is a 2004 graduate of Boyd County High School and a 2009 graduate of Morehead State University. He has a teaching degree in middle school education.

The couple honeymooned in Aruba and now resides in Morehead.
