SCOTTOWN – Norma Winona Shockley, 95, of Scottown, died Saturday, Jan. 29, 2011, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington, W.Va. She was preceded in death by her husband, Webster Shockley. Private family graveside services will be held today at Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, by Pastor Carl Black. There will be no visitation. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Huntington. Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, is in charge of arrangements.
