CATLETTSBURG, Ky. — Bobby Joe Fraley, 69, of Catlettsburg, died Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2011, at Community Hospice Care Center. He was the husband of Jennifer Tackett Fraley, who survives. Funeral will be noon Saturday at Preston Family Funeral Home by Pastor Sean Mayenschein. Burial will be in Lester Cemetery. Visitation is 11 a.m. to service time.
