ASHLAND, Ky.– Alfred Jennings “Rusty” Frye Jr., 55, of Ashland, Ky., died Monday, Feb. 21, 2011, at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland. He is survived by his wife, Mary B. Fannin Frye. Friends may call at 4:30 p.m. Thursday with funeral services being conducted at 6 p.m. at the Evans Funeral Home in Raceland, Ky. by the Rev. Perry Young.
