Ironton Little League

The Ironton Little League will conduct registrations from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at Bob Linn Sporting Goods.

Any players ages 4-18 should register as well as any adults interested in coaching or managing.

Flyers’ sectional tourney

tickets on sale at SJHS

Division IV boys’ sectional tournament tickets are on sale for $5 in the principal’s office at St. Joseph High School during school hours through Tuesday.

The Flyers play Reddsville Eastern at 6:15 p.m. Wednesday at Wellston High School.

Fans are encouraged to buy tickets in advance. The school receives only a small percentage of the presale.

Rock Hill Little League

set registration dates

The Rock Hill Little League will conduct registrations for players ages 4 through 16 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays, Feb. 26 and March 5, at the Rock Hill Middle School.

Also, Rock Hill Elementary will have cheerleader signups for grades 3-to-6 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the middle school library. Fee is $50.

Lady Vikings softball

to host rummage sale

The Symmes Valley Lady Vikings softball team will host its fifth annual rummage sale on Saturday, March 5, in the high school gym.

Anyone with items to donate may drop them off from 4-to-8 p.m. on Friday, March 4, or contact coach Jeff “Odie” Estep for pickup by calling (740) 643-2371 (school) or 643-2021 (home).
