DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — Anna Belle Harbour, 79, of Daytona Beach, formerly of Proctorville, died Tuesday, March 1, 2011, at Halifax Medical Center in Daytona Beach. She was the wife of Clyde Harbour, who survives.
