DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — Anna Belle Harbourt, 79, of Daytona Beach, formerly of Proctorville, died Tuesday, March 1, 2011, at Halifax Medical Center in Daytona Beach. She was the wife of Clyde Harbour who survives. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Hall Funeral Home. Burial will be in Rome Cemetery. Visitation is 1-2 p.m. Saturday.
