RUSSELL, Ky.–Regina Michelle Gay Thomas, 30, of Russell, Ky., died Wednesday, March 2, 2011, at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital. She is survived by her husband, Marty Thomas. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Bridges Christian Church, 1402 Kenwood Drive, Russell, by Pastor Mark McKinney, Pastor Monty Cooper, and Brother Marshall Tyson of Greenup Christian Church. Visitation will be Saturday evening at the church from 5 until 8 p.m. Burial will be in the Counts Family Cemetery, State Route 207, Wurtland, Ky.
