PROCTORVILLE — Sarah Ruth Levisay, 83, of Proctorville, died Sunday, March 20, 2011, at Wyngate Senior Living Community in Barboursville, W.Va. She was the wife of Ernest Levisay, who survives. Graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Rome Cemetery Mausoleum by Pastor Dwayne Shugert. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at Hall Funeral Home.
