HUNTINGTON, W.Va. — Enterprise Rent-A-Car locations in the River Cities recently joined to make a difference in the community.
Collectively, Enterprise locations donated $4,917 to United Way of the River Cities for the 2010 workplace campaign. The donation will be used to support funded partner programs in the areas of learning and earning, families and children, health and wellness and basic needs/unforeseen hardships. The funds will also ensure safety-net services are available for River Cities residents in need.
“Each year, Enterprise hosts an employee workplace campaign that is fun and exciting for all involved,” said Cassey Bowden, resource development and marketing director. “They lead by example, and we use their workplace campaign as a template for other organizations to follow.”
