SCOTTOWN — Ray I. “Curly” Burcham, 83, of Scottown, died Friday, April 29, 2011, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington. He is survived by his wife, Virginia Mae Jenkins Burcham. Arrangements are pending at Phillips Funeral Home.
