PROCTORVILLE — Lyle B. Ramey, 68, of Proctorville, died Friday, April 29, 2011, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington, W.Va. He was the husband of Patricia Ramey, who survives. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Hall Funeral Home by minister Brad Poe and minister Chris Stevens. Entombment will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens.
