A high school football combine for high school players will be held on Saturday, July 9, at Ironton High School.

The combine is being offered to high school students. The fee is just $25. A form is available at the right and can be returned to Tri-State Rehab in Ironton.

There is no registration after the June 1 deadline.

Combine tests and drills used in NFL combines will include: measurements, 40-yard dash, broad jump, flexibility test, 3-cone drill, L-drill, vertical jump, power throw, and bench press.

Prizes will be awarded. Results will be forwarded to college football programs.

Freshmen and sophomores will be tested beginning at 9 a.m. The juniors and seniors will begin testing at 1 p.m.

A free lunch will be available to all grades at noon and include an informational speech by former Ohio State fullback Tyler Whaley.
