SOUTH POINT — Delbert C. Williams, 92 of South Point, died Saturday, June 18, 2011.  He was a heavy equipment mechanic.  He is survived by a son, Clyde O. (Mary) Williams of South Point and a grandson, Clyde C. Williams of Chesapeake.
