Chuck Maynard practiced what he preached.

The former South Point Pointers’ golf coach has been playing golf for 45 years and on Wednesday of last week he registered his first hole-in-one while playing at Twin Silos in Lavalette, W.Va.

Maynard aced the No. 4 hole as he covered the 110 yards using a pitching wedge.
