First Baptist Church of Ironton will have its first 5K run/walk beginning at 8 a.m. Saturday. It will begin and end at the entrance to the church’s Faith and Fitness Center at Fourth and Vernon streets.

The event is a fundraiser for the Faith and Fitness Center. Registration is $20 and begins at 7:45 a.m.

Awards will be given to the top 3 overall male and female participants in each category. The awards ceremony will follow the event.
