ASHLAND, Ky. — James D. Clarke, 76, of Ashland, died Friday, July 15, 2011, at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital. He was the husband of Martha Lane Richards Clarke, who survives. Graveside service will be 2 p.m. today at Bellefonte Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are under the direction of Carman Funeral Home, Flatwoods.
