WESTWOOD, Ky. — Walker Shannon Tarr, 75, of Westwood, died Thursday, July 14, 2011 at Community Hospice Care Center. Funeral will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North east in Argillite. Military rites will be conducted by VFW 8850 of Ironton, Ohio. Visitation will be 11 a.m.-noon Tuesday at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Preston family Funeral Home.
