WILLARD, Ky. — Lloyd Herbert Riggle, 94, of Willard, died Saturday, July 23, 2011, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House in Huntington, W.Va. Funeral will be 1 p.m. Monday at the Sparks Funeral Home with David Braun, minister, officiating. Burial will follow in the East Carter County Memory Gardens.
