GRAYSON, Ky. — Samuel Shartzer, 77, of Grayson, died Wednesday, July 20, 2011, at the Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. today at the East Carter County Memory Gardens in Grayson. Arrangements are under the direction of Sparks Funeral Home.
