FLATWOODS, Ky. — Ernie Lewis, 87, of Flatwoods, died Sunday, Aug. 7, 2011, at Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital. Graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Bellefonte Memorial Gardens with Bernie Parsons. Carman Funeral Home, Flatwoods, is in charge of arrangements.
