ASHLAND, Ky. — Richard Lee Evans, 79, of Ashland, formerly of Ironton, Ohio, died Wednesday, Aug. 10, 2011, at King’s Daughters Medical Center. Graveside service will be noon Friday at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North East in Greenup with Pastor Tony Kelley, Military graveside rites will be conducted by Kenova American Legion Post 93. Arrangements are under the direction of Miller Funeral Home.
